Revolution Money Exchange is going into direct competition against PayPal. It works in basically the same way, except RME is actually cheaper than PayPal. Their electronic cash transfer service is completely free. They're trying to expand their membership, so until the end of March they give you $25 to sign-up. Registration takes less than 5 minutes, and you're paid instantly! This is on the level, no strings attached, completely free with no commitment or further obligation. PayPal ran a similar promotion when they first started out.
