With your $220 payment you receive a voucher for $300 in gemstones. When you cycle through the first sapphire target you get your initial payment back, $200. When you cycle through the diamond target you receive your $8000 plus your choice of either $6000 worth of diamonds OR a further $6,000 in cash.

Then you are placed back on the diamond target to cycle again and again, each time receiving a further cash payment of $8,000.
