Lingo is excited to announce a new compensation starting January 1st 2009! For every sale after the New Year, you will receive a 15% residual of the monthly recurring charge on customers that you bring in.
*This exciting compensation replaces the existing commission structure which ends on December 31, 2008 and here’s how you benefit from the new compensation program:

• Shorter payout cycle; from 45 to 30 days

New to residual commission? Here’s an example of how it works:
You generate 50 orders for the month of January. These customers bill $1,500. Lingo is able to collect $1,200 from the customers. The total commission paid to you will be $180 ($1,200 x 15%). The average lifecycle of a Lingo customer is about 30 months. This means that you could potentially receive $5,400 just for the customers that you bring in for the month of January! *On a monthly basis a Residual payment equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the monthly recurring charge (Eligible Invoiced Usage), including metered usage and billable advanced features. Eligible Monthly usage is calculated after deducting taxes and regulatory, activation, shipping and cancellation fees for each existing Publisher Obtained Customer from which Lingo receives payment of a monthly recurring charge, after any free months of introductory Service which Lingo may offer to Publisher Referred Customer. Lingo shall deduct, on a monthly basis, all charge backs and/or deductions. Please note that ALL Performance Incentives generated during the months of November and December will still get paid out to you. Performance Incentives generated in November will be paid out in January, and December Performance Incentives will be paid out in February, as usual.
