Over the past 3 years I've used a lot of traffic exchanges, to many to count.
What I've found is if you are going to spend time surfing you want a traffic exchange that will give you bonuses as you surf. Hitsafari is #1, as a Pro member for a measly $5 a month you get 1:1 surfing ratio, 200 credits, and double, yes I said double bonuses as you surf.

For instance last night I was surfing and surfed about 60 sites, and got 32 credits in bonuses, and that wasn't for me any kind of record for receiving generous bonuses. I haven't found another traffic exchange that rewards you as much for surfing.
